Yubla Paints Refund & Return Policy

1. Standard Product Returns (14-Day Window)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your paint purchase from our architectural paint catalogue (including products like SuperMatte Emulsion 20L). Factory-sealed standard stock tins in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery under our Terms of Service:

• Items must be accompanied by the original Yubla order invoice or customer account receipt.
• Return shipping or courier drop-off to our Nairobi depot or regional hub is managed according to our Delivery Policy across all service locations.
• A standard 5% warehouse re-stocking fee may apply to high-volume commercial returns.

2. Custom Tinted Paint & Exclusions

Custom Computerized Tinting: Paint mixed to a specific colour swatch from our digital house visualizer is manufactured specifically to customer order specifications. As such, custom-tinted paint tins cannot be returned or refunded once tinting has commenced, unless a manufacturing defect or shade mismatch against the official Yubla colour code is verified.

3. Damaged Tins & Transit Claims

Please inspect paint tins immediately upon delivery. If a tin arrives dented, leaking, or damaged during transit, notify the delivery driver and contact our support team within 24 hours for an immediate replacement.

4. Contractor Service Deposits & Milestone Refunds

Service deposits paid for professional painting services and wall repairs with verified contractors are held securely in escrow. Decorators who become a contractor and participate in our referral program adhere to milestone schedules explaining how referrals work. Consult our FAQ or Learning Centre for additional details.
